Reliability management

In order to ensure that it provides customers with outstanding quality and reliability, Thorsianway implements a complete management of all quality and reliability projects from product development stage to manufacturing stage. During the qualification certification period, process-level reliability and product-level reliability are evaluated and verified; during production, wafer-level, product-level, and package-level reliability monitors are managed. These reliability tests are in compliance with ISO9001、ISO26262, AEC-Q100 and other industry standards.
