Suzhou Thorsianway Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the design of automotive LCD instrument display control chips and systems. Founded in 2015, it is located in Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

The company is jointly established by the strategic investment and cooperation of many parties including the Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of Tsinghua University and China, Sands River United Capital, Broadcom Kings (fund of Bosch Group), Tsinghua Holdings Jinxin Capital, Chuangdongfang Capital, Hefei High-tech Investment, China Sound Valley, etc.

The company has more than 50 employees, including two technology leaders in Suzhou city, 5 PhDs and 10 masters. R&D personnel accounted for 65%. In the future, a professional technology development team of nearly 100 people will be formed.
